Individual therapy
For individuals, I offer a calm and supportive space for you to explore difficult feelings or relationship challenges. You might be feeling anxious, are grieving, or you are overwhelmed by life, low in mood or in deep depair. Whatever you’re facing, I am here to support you through a difficult time.
Couples therapy
For couples, I help you navigate communication breakdowns, rebuild trust after an infidelity, explore intimacy issues, or manage recurring conflict. Perhaps since having children your shared goals have changed or you have grown distant from each other.
Relationships can be the most complex and challenging areas of our lives. Taking a look at your issues in couples therapy can help you better understand each other, strengthen your relationship or explore the possibilities of a divorce.
My strengths
As someone who has also benefited from therapy, I know how important it to truly feel heard and the therapists who I felt most connected to helped me find my own voice. This is the approach that I bring to each client, to listen with curiosity, staying attuned to your unique perspective.
